1. Information We Collect

• School Information: School name, student records, academic data, attendance, fee records.
• Personal Information: Names, contact details, phone numbers, email addresses, and profile photos of students, parents, teachers, and staff.
• Financial Information: Fee payment records processed in Ghana Cedis (₵). We do not store mobile money PINs or bank card details.
• Device Information: Device type, app usage, and offline sync logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide school management services (fees, attendance, academics, payroll, pick-up, transport)
• Enable offline functionality and auto-sync
• Communicate with parents, teachers, and administrators
• Improve our app and customer support
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Offline Data & Sync

AppSch works without internet. Data stored offline on your device is encrypted and synced securely to our servers once internet is restored.

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your data. We only share data with authorized school staff within your school, service providers (e.g., payment processors, cloud hosting) under strict confidentiality, or when required by Ghanaian law.

5. Data Security

We use encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data. Each school can only access its own data.

6. Children\u2019s Privacy

Student data is collected only through schools with parental consent and used solely for educational management purposes.

7. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your school administrator or us at info@appsch.com.

8. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. We will notify you via the app or email.
