Adding students & staff

Enrol students, import them in bulk, assign classes and houses, and create logins for staff.

  2. 2 Assign each student to a class and house
  3. 3 Staff → Add staff and pick their role
  4. 4 Share logins — staff see only their tools

Fees & payments

Create fee structures, issue invoices, take MoMo or Paystack payments and print receipts.

  1. 1 Fees → create a fee structure per term
  2. 2 Invoices generate for every student in the class
  3. 3 Set up Paystack or your MoMo pay-till in Settings
  4. 4 Receipts print automatically on payment

Attendance & timetable

Mark daily and per-period attendance, build the timetable and notify teachers of changes.
