AppSch is an all-in-one school management platform for Ghanaian schools, providing tools for fees, attendance, academics, payroll, transport, pick-ups, and more, with offline functionality.
Schools must provide accurate information during registration.
Each school is responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
AppSch is not liable for unauthorized access due to shared passwords.
You agree to:
Subscription fees are billed per your chosen plan.
All fees are charged in Ghana Cedis (₵).
Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Our mobile apps work without internet. You are responsible for syncing data when back online. AppSch is not liable for data loss due to device failure before sync.
Schools own their data. AppSch only processes it to provide services.
We handle data per our Privacy Policy (info@appsch.com).
Schools must obtain necessary consent from parents/guardians to collect student data.
The AppSch app, logo, and content are owned by AppSch. You may not reproduce or resell any part of our platform without permission.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.
AppSch is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or damages arising from use of our platform.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Schools may cancel anytime, subject to their subscription terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
